Service

WINTON service engineers are strategically based around the UK to provide a nationwide service and breakdown support, with all calls managed by dedicated staff in our office in Woking.

WINTON provide scheduled maintenance services as well as breakdown cover with an impressive first time fix record of 95%. Vehicles can be attended on site, if necessary, helping to minimise vehicle downtime.

Technical Advice

WINTON’s experienced and knowledgeable engineers provide technical support by telephone and electronically for systems in use, fault finding and part identification, as well as the original specification support.

Stores

WINTON’s stores are well stocked and provide next working day service for parts delivery.

Training

WINTON provide courses for operator and maintenance training. Arrangements can be made for individuals or group training for operators, fleet trainers and/or workshop staff at our workshops or the customer premises.
